General Overview		Robert is hard working but doesn't allow that to overshodow his personal life, he makes time to socialize and be friendly. He can be seen to be outgoing but he prefers to call himself social.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Is extremely loyal to friends and his job, is incredibly intelligent. on the flip side he can be overconfident and often overlook simple solutions.
Ambitions		To start a family, he isn't overly concerned with his career he just focuses on the job ahead of him.

Personal History		Robert was born to young parents, he enjoyed a great family life his parents both worked on Earth and niether were in Starfleet so he got the full benifit of thier prescence. He was an average student at school his teachers always said he could be top of his class if he didn't spend so much time talking and playing around with other children. When he was of age he joined Starfleet Academy where he truly shined, his scores were impressive and he made friends easily, he started out as an Engineering student but swithed to Operations when he saw another cadet burned in a plasma leak. Something that gives him nightmares to this day. (Please forgive the short history, more will be added as I evolve the character)
