| Physical Description | Juliet Munroe cuts quite an intimidating figure. At 6ft 4 she is very much of above average height her body is toned and curvy. Just by looking at Juliet you can tell this is a woman who can\'t be intimidated but is very good at intimidating others. Some major scaring across her back. Despite being offered corrective surgery Juliet keeps the scarring as something of a tribute to her fallen comrades at AR-558. |

| General Overview | Despite looking very intimidating Munroe is a very much easy going type of person often with a bit of a comedic streak in her. But when it comes down to the crunch she is dependable. Fiercely loyal of her crew she is a person you want to have fighting in your corner. Unfortunately Juliet does sometimes slip into shoot first ask questions later mode a problem she is attempting to overcome. | |

She is an expert in the Caitian martial art of Sryl’pre and the ancient Japanese art of kendo. As well as those though Juliet is a former gold medallist Zero Gravity gymnast. | Personal History | The oldest daughter of Federation Captains William and Lois Munroe, it came as no surprise when Juliet announced at age 12 that she wanted to enter Starfleet. The only surprise was when she stated that she didn’t want to go into Command but instead wanted to pursue Tactical and Security. Academically Juliet was the star student proving herself to be not only resourceful but incredibly creative. It was these attributes that enabled the young Juliet to enrol in Starfleet at age 16 and begin on her chosen career path. The Academy though was a very different affair compared to her school education. Many resented her for being there, many claiming the only reason why she was given early admittance was due to her parents standing and connections which could not have been further from the truth. Despite the stigma that was attached to her Juliet continued to excel on several occasions she was approached about changing her major from Tactical to Command. But Juliet had only one dream and it didn’t involve the centre seat. After four years Juliet Munroe graduated the top of her class and was given her choice of assignments. No ship or station was considered off limits so it came with some shock that she choose to be assigned to the presidential body guard detachment on Earth. Her tenure with the PBG was short lived due to the outbreak of the Dominion war, she like many other Starfleet officers found herself placed on the front lines. Juliet’s first war time posting was as a Security officer onboard the USS Concorde. She remained on the Concorde for six months until it was destroyed at the Battle of Torros III. In 2374 Juliet was sent along with many other Starfleet personnel to AR-558, a god forsaken rock that passed for a planet in the Chin’toka system. She along with the other personnel were charged with keeping AR-558 a Starfleet stronghold despite over whelming odds and Jem Hadar troops around every corner. They stayed there for over five months with no replacements in sight. It was only thanks to Captain Sisko that replacements arrived but during that time Juliet lost many friends and colleagues. Among many of her lost comrades was her at the time fiancé Lieutenant Craig Reese. Although not killed the man had become a mere shell of his former self becoming almost self loathing and abusive towards Juliet. On top of that the clearly battle traumatised man blamed himself for the death of his CO at the time Nadia Larkin and the loss of Ensign Nog’s leg. Juliet drew the relationship to an end while both officers were at a Starfleet care facility. Following six months extensive rehabilitation Juliet found herself re-posted to Deep Space Nine as combined Tactical Security officer onboard the USS Defiant. During this time Juliet once again returned to the Chin’toka area of space and was one of the many crewmen who participated in the second battle of Chin’toka. For the battle she was placed on detached duty to the USS Leopold as acting Chief of Security. It was with horror that she watched the destruction of the USS Defiant, it was at this time that Juliet like many others thought she was about to die. Although the battle was devastating Juliet survived to return back to Deep Space Nine, now serving under Odo as part of the stations security detail. In late 2375, Juliet was one of many officers who served in the battle of Cardassia, the point were the war ended. Again she was on detached service this time serving onboard the USS Lexington. Upon the end of the War Juliet was granted extended shore leave of twelve months during which time she set out on something of a personal quest, taking a shuttle out to worlds on the outer rim. *****This portion of Juliet Munroe’s file has been sealed.***** 2377 Munroe returned to duty onboard Deep Space Nine as Starfleet Security liaison serving next to Ro Laren. This posting was short lived lasting only two months as Juliet found it almost impossible to work side by side with the Bajoran woman than she saw as a traitor owing to the woman’s past with the Marquis. With Captain Kira Nerys’s approval Munroe transferred onto the USS Valiant as Chief of Security. A role she maintained until accepting reassignment to the USS Sarek in early 2382. |
