| Physical Description | Xander was born to the Elladran people almost 27 years ago. Like so many other Elladran's he was gifted with grey eyes and a slightly tanned skin. He is tall for a Human at 6 foot 1 inch, he had broad shoulders. Most would describe him as well built. In his years with the Elladran Marine Commandos and later with the Federation Marines he has struck a balance between strength and speed. He enjoys running and this has led him to build up is stamina to his peek and has maintained that for many years. He keeps his hair cut to a short which he spiked, something he even manages to do while in the field. Xander doesn't have any scars, unlike many others he dislikes the idea that they are a mark of his devotion of his duty, as such his skin is unblemished, apart from the unit tattoo he had inked on to the left side of his face, from around his eye down to his cheek. | Brother(s) | Xanders older brother joined the Starfleet Marines 10 years before Xander, Lt. Colonel Philip Jefferson is now the Commander of 4th Marine Rifles Regiment assigned to Starbase 33. Although it has been years since he last saw his Brother Xander does enjoy a good sub-space relationship with his older brother. | |
| Sister(s) | Cadet Kim Clark, Xanders Younger sister, is in her final year at the academy, unlike her Brothers and Father Kim has opted for the Navy life like her Mother, however she is working on her Engineering courses rather then Command like their mother. Kim is bright and seems to 'just get' how things work. Xander and Philip both have no idea how she can make a warp reactor out of a box of scraps as they are fond of saying. She is close to the top of her year and is the top of her Engineering classes, she is looking forward to getting into the field and testing her idea's. |

Personality & Traits
| General Overview | Xander was raised in one of the great Hab Cities of the Human world Elladrin. He was rasied to be calculating and aware of his surrounding. Xander learnt early on that he had to remain calm, living with 120 Million others in just one building meant confutation was a present issue, even under stress he has been able to maintain his inner calm, something that served him well in the Elladran Marines and Starfleet Marines. As he trained to be an Officer he discovered that he was a strong and charismatic leader who inspires others to follow him even into the jaws of death. He had discovered, after his first combat as a leader, that he takes the loss of those under his command hard and often works himself and his Marines harder then normal afterwords. Xander has been plagued with Night Terrors since his earliest days in the Marines, only a change in assignments did this change, however since his arrival back on the Sarek he has once again started having bad dreams. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | * Xander is naturally a strong and charismatic leader; he leads from the front, which has coursed him to come into direct conflict with his battle commander. Because he leads from the front, he has won the respect from many Marines he has served with. * Stealth and infiltration are his given skills as a Marine; he is able to land on a battlefield and remain hidden for long periods even while moving through the battlefield, his is an expert with short-range assault rifles and hand to hand combat. However he is a scout rather than a spy, he has no more skill than any other marine when it come to information gathering. * Xander is a natural tactical expert, this means he can see the big picture, as long as he has the intelligence he is able to form a battle plan, in some cases he can form a battle plan working from very limited information and expanding upon the given information by affectively using his assets to scout the field of engagement. * Xander specializes in the use of the Phaser carbine; he knows everything about this weapon, from how it was built to how to repair it. It is his rifle, there are many like it but this one is his. * Xander is valued for his 'special' skills. Skills, which he hates putting to use and if any could be proved, would land him in the brig. He does what is needed even though it gives him night terrors. * Xander has always had a strong bond with those under his command; while it is not advisable for a leader to have these close bonds Xander cannot help it. Therefore, when he does lose a Marine he takes that loss hard. * Once in a while when the heat of battle is upon him, Xander Jefferson sees red. While it is useful to him as it heightens his senses it is also a danger to him and those he leads as it does make him more reckless, he does everything in his power to control this lust but he still has work to do. * Xander is a contradiction of term, he hates being alone but hates being in company. He has many moods which dictate if he needs company or to be alone. He enjoys company and his alone time when his mood is right. |

| Ambitions | Like everyone Xander has ambitions and like everyone else those ambitions do change. In the past he has wanted a great many things but since joining the Marines he has only wished to advance up the ranks and do his best to serve the Federation and his Marines. He also wants to have a family, more then anything other then having a family with him when he returns home, this is in contrast to his past behavior with women. But he is past his one night stand stage. |

| Hobbies & Interests | Xander likes to run, he likes to practice with his Rifle and his sword and Warhammer to become an expert with these melee weapons. He also enjoys working out, not to look good, although that is a nice side affect, he works out to stay fit and to keep at his peek for his job. Other then those interests which are mainly aimed towards being a better Marine Xander also likes to read, anything that he can get his hands on and he also enjoys watching old films. |

| Personal History | Xander was born in 2359 on his home world of Elladrin, he was born into a happy loving family who brought him up in the large Hab City. Xander had a childhood which kept him moving around as his parents took their postings within Starfleet, he got to see all the wonders of the Galaxy only returning home 14 years later to start his service with the Elladran Marine Corps. His 1st two years were in his high school years and basic training. The following two years gave him his trade training. He learnt to be a scout in the Great Forest of Nef'Len. Once he had finished his trade training is started his service with the Marines. His time in the service was marked by his Regiments deployment to aid the Federation in the Dominion War. In 2379 Xander put in a request to transfer his commission to the Starfleet marines, a few months later hie request was approved and he joined the 88th Rifles in command of Green Squad as a Second Lieutenant. Over the next 7 years Xander worked hard earning his commission and a promotion to First Lieutenant and a command of his own company. While the details of the incident have been classified it is clear that what ever part Xander Jefferson took in the resent action has deeply affected him. He had shown signs of PTSD which has manifested itself as nightmares, he says that he wakes up almost every night. While i can not pull him from duty i have requested that Lieutenant Jefferson be placed on light duty on Earth until he can be properly diagnosed. This request was denied by Captain Jones, my commanding officer. Jefferson has since been shipped out to another assignment. |
