| Personal History | Liam was born to Jack and Tia in Colorado, Earth. When he was eight the family uprooted and moved to Betazed so his mother could care for his ailing grandparents. He struggled intially to fit in with betaziod society, finding the quiet and peace strange but eventually he embraced this side of him, although he doesn't always manage to hold on to it. Unlike his brother Peter, it took Liam several years to fully assimulate into the culture. Liam had a knack for building and fixing things growing up and jumped at the change to apply for and go to starfleet academy. He graduated 3rd in his Engineering class and went on to serve onboard the USS Lenton. It was here he met and fell in love with his wife Hannah. They had one daughter but Hannah was tradically killed in an encounter with an alien race on a mission to the rim of the Hawson Spiral. To this day Starfleet do not know who attacked them. |
