The USS Sarek is an Ambassador class vessel assigned as flagship to Taskforce 72 in Obsidian Fleet. At present, the Sarek is still looking for a Helmsman and a Diplomatic Officer. Please apply to this site if you wish to join, rather than using IFS. Various junior officer positions are also open for application
The USS Sarek is a PG-15 rated Play by Web/E-mail(PBW/E) roleplay sim based in the Star Trek universe around the time frame of the Star Trek: Nemesis movie. Our current year is 2385. Please note that if you are NOT 15 years old or above, you WILL be denied membership. If you apply and it is found out that you are under age, you will be banned from future application to the Sarek, and a message will be sent to Obsidian Fleet's PLO.

Note to new joinees: You are required to participate in and post a joint post within your first week of joining. A personal log or solo post are also acceptable. This is to prevent being listed as "no posts recorded" for any length of time and encourage you to get started immediately. If you do not post within the first seven days, you WILL receive a strike for not posting.
Posts and personal logs (barring the dictation part) must be in past tense and third person. First person posts are not permitted. They must also contain decent, legible English be that the Queen's English, or American. Respect another's use of either however and do not edit without co-author permission.
The USS Sarek will not follow the timeline where Romulus gets destroyed. For all intents and purposes, events as happened in Star trek XI will NOT be permitted to be used on Sarek mission posts, unless it is specified by either CO or XO that the Sarek has entered a parallel universe. Posts containing references to the 2009 movie WILL get edited accordingly!

Though it's not yet officially posted, you may now post beyond MD6 noon and assume we've entered orbit around Betazed.
And people...please mind the 2 week notice in that it is required to post at least once every 14 days. Barring the LOAs' there are now 5 people that have gone beyond 2 weeks.

I'm seeking a Player who would like to play a Betazoid NPC helping to train and teach the children in the use of their telepathic gifts. As you can see from my previous post, somehow one of them temporarily picked up an allergy from a Betazoid they had randomly come into contact with on their way to the picnic due to their telepathic abilities, and as such, Stephanie is going to try and find an experienced Telepath to help train them in an effort to avoid such crises in the future.

I can't remember who offered to play Wintrow's grandfather. It was either Torin or Sslar, but I can't remember :( help me out pleaaaase!
The idea is that grandpa never knew his daughter had a son...but somehow finds out and seeks him out. Likewise, Wintrow never knew he still has Betazoid relatives. Grandpa does know his daughter died, but he doesn't know the child survived.
